FS2004 AFCAD2 File For Ramstein AB
This is my representation of Ramstein AB, Ge. I've tried to replicate as best as I can all of the parking spots on the various ramps. Some I've intentionally left off to allow the AI to taxi freely and reduce the FPS hit if maxed out with aircraft.

Overview of Ramstein AB, Germany.
The way I laid this out was to give my C-130s the Mil_Cargo code, so they will only park in those designated spots (mainly Ramp 1 & 2). Any heavy C-X type aircraft (C-5, C-141, KC-135, etc) received the Cargo code so they will only park in their designated spots (Ramp 5) and not in the Herk's areas. Although a couple of Mil_Cargo spots are mixed in so that any AMC transient Herks can park there. Fighters received Mil_Combat and they have 6 spots available, for any transients.
You'll notice that part of INDIA taxiway is missing and nothing is parked down in the SW corner of the base. We're having a second runway put in and that area will be removed and all aircraft moved to the main side of the base. Runway construction is expected to be completed by August 2004.
Just extract the AF2_ETAR.bgl file into your Addon Scenery/scenery folder.
Please add the following to your airports.txt (in traffic tools folder):
ETAR,N49* 26.21',E7* 36.01',782
Also, you may consider downloading the following aircraft to use at Ramstein:
- Mike Stone's C-130H Hercules SC130H.zip
- Jose Olliver's C-141B Starlifter C141b_2k2.zip
- Dave Haskell's C-5B Galaxy rladsc-5.zip
Also, we often get some Russian An-124 transports from the Volga Cargoline that bring in goods. It might add a different touch to your experience. Also Boeing 747 cargo aircraft spend much time here.
Hope you enjoy flying from the new "Gateway to Europe". By Jeff Stoermer.
