Flight Simulator X Prepar3D

Repaint package includes three aircraft: The Helvetic Airways, Hello Airline and Sky Work Airlines. All of them have professional engine sounds and effect files. The Helvetic Airways and Sky Work Airline have got other aircraft types in real life. This add-on will show you how the textures look like on an Airbus A320-200. By Philipp Borchi.

Installation:

  • Copy the folder "A320-200" which is placed in the "AirplanesX" folder and place it into your Flight Simulator "Airplanes" folder:
    .../Program Files/Microsoft Games/Microsoft Flight Simulator X/SimObjects/Airplanes
  • Also Copy all the effects files which are placed in the "Effects" folder, into your effects folder of Microsoft Flight Simulator X:
    .../Program Files/Microsoft Games/Microsoft Flight Simulator X/Effects

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D aircraft

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Copy aircraft files into SimObjects

    Place the aircraft folder inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\. The folder must contain an aircraft.cfg file. Effects go into FSX\Effects\; gauges go into FSX\Gauges\.

  3. Verify in FSX

    Launch FSX, go to Free Flight → Select Aircraft and find your new aircraft under its manufacturer.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
