FSX Troyes Barberey Scenery

Troyes Barberey Airport (LFQB) scenery refreshes the French airfield with corrected layout, improved runways and taxiways, and locally placed objects that better reflect the Champagne-Ardenne setting. Built with common airport design tools for FSX, it integrates smoothly with regional terrain and requires no special dependencies beyond standard scenery support.

Scenery Troyes Barberey (LFQB), France, v1.0. Tested with SP2 Acceleration + UTX Europe. This file modifies the airfield Troyes Barberey in FSX. It was made with ADE (Airport Design Editor), SbuilderX and Whisplacer. Troyes is a French commune, located in the Aube (which it is the prefecture) in the Champagne-Ardenne region. Installation:

- Unzip the archive into a temporary folder.
- Copy the folder "LFQB - Troyes Barberey" in the addon scenery folder of FSX.
- Delete the temporary folder.
- Start FSX.
- Add and declare the scene in the FSX scenery library.

This file is a freeware but it is not free: the author alone is authorized to distribute it. It is forbidden to sell or distribute this product.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place scenery in Addon Scenery

    Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.

  3. Activate in Scenery Library

    In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
