Vickers Vernon II. The Vernon was developed from the Vimy Commercial, and was the first troop-carrier transport operated by the RAF. It served from 1923 to 1927, mainly in the Middle East and India. By Jens B. Kristensen.
Version 1.0 for FSX only, FS2004 users should download Vernon_10.zip instead.

The Vernon was developed from the Vimy Commercial, and was the first troop-carrier transport operated by the RAF. It served from 1923 to 1927, mainly in the Middle East and India.

*To install for Flight Simulator X:
Just run the included setup program.
Gauges: Most of them borrowed unchanged from the FS9 Vickers Vimy.
Textures: Fuselage textures by me, wing, tail and engine textures adapted from the FS9 Vickers Vimy.
The flight dynamics are by me. The engine sections of the *.air file are copied from the FS9 Vickers Vimy flight dynamics.
This plane was made with FSDS 3.5.1 The textures with Paint Shop Pro and DxtBmp.
