VOZ Scenery X is the all new scenery project from the crew at Vista Australis; it has been designed solely for MS Flight Simulator X. This add-on has been over a year in the works as our developers have updated their hardware and software to cope with FSX and then set about learning the intricacies of the new FSX Scenery Developer Kit.

VSX will be, like VOZ before it, a continually evolving product. In the early stages there will be some teething problems as we come to grips with Microsoft's changes to the SDK. But as time and VSX evolve, we are confident you will find a richer, more satisfying product that continues to satisfy our desire to fly around this great country of Australia.

VSX will become attuned to the Orbx scenery texture program_Flight Terrain X. As that program expands to cover Australia in high quality photo based textures and highly accurate landclass, VSX will be there to populate the regions with airstrips and other scenery projects.

VSX is not restricted to any particular region. It will cover the entire continent of Australia and outlying Islands in the same way that VOZ does now. Like VOZ it will be a constant work of new and improving scenery. It is a purely freeware add-on crafted to enhance your enjoyment of viewing the colours of the Great South Land.

Hi, this is probably a frequently asked question but can you tell me if anyone in the FSX community is creating Ballina Airport for FSX?

I have only ever found an FS9 version and would love to add this airport to my current airports.

Many thanks,

Dave

I don't think there is currently a freeware version of Ballina Airport for FSX at the moment or even a payware version for that matter.

I'll keep you posted if one is ever released in the future for FSX.

I know it exists in FSX, but the scenery detail isn't that great.
