UKVGAThe UK Virtual Gliding Association (UK VGA) is effectively a virtual equivalent of the British Gliding Association, following its rules, competitions, badges and awards schemes, and flying from the Flight Simulator equivalent of real world Gliding sites.

The UK VGA has its home base at the Long Mynd, Shropshire, which is home to the real world Midland Gliding Club, but other bases are in frequent use including Seighford, Lasham and Parham.

Go to and click on the Membership tab at the top of the page to enrol.

Trained by the RAF at Colerne and Locking 1951-1953. Also did ridge soaring at Hailsland near Priddy Obtained RAF certificate in gliding. Currently does virtual gliding only.
