How to install this mod

FS2004 add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per readme

    FS2004 add-ons go into FS9\Aircraft\, FS9\Addon Scenery\, FS9\Gauges\, or FS9\Effects\.

  3. Always read the included readme

    Yes the Nene was a beautiful compact engine stating was with cartage's I worked on most of these on the assembly line and the flight line.

    Very satisfactory model. Shame about the missing gaoges.Powerplant is incorrect, the Sea Hawk was fitted with a Rolls Royce Nene Turbojet, not a GE engine. Cheers

    The model is quite well rendered but as soon as it touches down the right main wheel vanishes from view. It only reappears about when the model stops rolling. Otherwise, installation is a breeze, the sounds are triffic and when you hit 'L' not only do the lights come on as usual but so does a neat reheat effect...not sure the real thing had reheat as it only had short jet pipes...Anyway, this model flies well but landing speed does seem a little slow at only 75 knots.
