KSPB Scappoose Industrial Airpark scenery brings the Sauvie Island corridor in Oregon to life in FSX with crisp high-resolution photoreal ground textures, custom barn detailing based on real photos, and small touches like a mailbox and flowers. Added houses, fencing, and a light set of default aircraft and vehicles enhance immersion while keeping performance smooth.

Flight Simulator X Prepar3D

Presenting KSPB Scappoose, Oregon Industrial Airpark. This is a nice area on the way from Portland, OR to St. Helens, OR around the Sauvie Island area. This includes photoreal file at high res for clarity. Red barn made from pictures; one picture is included for comparison. This includes the mailbox and flower arrangement adjacent to it just for fun. Included are a few houses in the barn area and fencing. Default vehicles and planes are added, but not too many so as not to cause frame rates issues. Included are a 55 Ford truck and one called fordtruck2 which is not as good as the '55 ford is.

Installation:

  • Unzip to a temp folder.
  • Take the folder you find there and drag and drop it to addon scenery,
  • Add to your scenery library in FSX as normal.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place scenery in Addon Scenery

    Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.

  3. Activate in Scenery Library

    In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
