FSX MiG-25 Foxbat Update

Alphasim’s MiG-25 Foxbat gets a practical refresh for FSX, restoring the missing wheel, improving flight dynamics, and swapping in compatible gauges while adding useful new instrumentation. Updated afterburner effects enhance the jet’s high-speed character, and the revised panel supports GPS, autopilot and navigation tools, plus mouse-driven throttle control.

This is an update of the Alphasim MiG-25 Foxbat. It adds the other wheel, updates the flight dynamics, replaces the gauges that would not work in FSX, adds a few gauges, and changes the afterburner effects. By Bob Chicilo.

Panel info:

  • Shift-2 - Autopilot and nav instrumentation.
  • Shift-3 - Activates the GPS.
  • Shift-4 - Throttle. Brings up a throttle which can be mouse-operated.

Other info:

  • Shift-E opens and closes the canopy.
  • '/' opens and closes the ventral airbrake.
