FSX Erie International Airport (New Version) Scenery

Erie International Airport Tom Ridge Field (KERI) in Erie, Pennsylvania gets a refined layout for FSX with reworked aprons, accurate gate assignments, and updated terminal and building models. Added details include a fire station, weather and industrial structures, custom parking areas, static aircraft and vehicles, plus enhanced lighting for a livelier ramp.

Erie International Airport / Tom Ridge Field (KERI), Erie, Pennsylvania (PA). An improved version with adjusted aprons, proper gate assignments, replaced buildings, added fire station and other buildings, added static vehicles and more. By Jim Cook.

Erie International Airport Scenery.

Here is an improved version of the stock Erie International Airport. I adjusted aprons to avoid UTX highways and to more closely match real life. Airlines have the proper gate assignments. I replaced the default terminal and replaced most default buildings. I added the fire station, weather station, industrial buildings, etc. I added the parking lots at the US Customs building and behind the terminal. Added static vehicles, aircraft, lightpoles, etc.

Special thanks to Tom Pamin for info and pics of the real airport.

I use Ultimate Terrain and FSGenesis landclass but they are not required. All objects are stock FSX so no additional object libraries are needed. Updates made using AirNav diagrams and Google Earth to be as accurate as possible. All work done with Flight 1's AFX program and Instant Scenery.

INSTALLATION:

Extract the two files KERI_AFX_JC.bgl and KERI_JC.bgl into your Addon Scenery/Scenery folder, re-start FSX and enjoy.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.

Finding the scenery

Use these coordinates to fly directly to this location once the mod is installed.
