INSTALLATION:
For FS9:
If your File tree is as follows, then unzip the scenery directly to the drive that has FS9 installed. File Tree: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Addon Scenery\Unzip ksms_fs9_scen.zip to Drive C: or whatever drive your FS9 is on. The files will be placed automatically in the proper folders. Activate the scenery in the usual manner. Otherwise unzip to a temporary folder and manually place the scenery where you normally put your addon scenery.
If you already have my object library installed on your system, then unzip loney's signs 4 upd.zip to a temporary folder and then move the .bgl and .txt files to where you have the object library. Overwrite the old files. Then move the .bmp files to where you have the textures for the object library.
Install my AI aircraft as instructed in the download. This can be optional if you wish. There are two default aircraft flying at Sumter, but I highly recommend adding my collection as much of my AI Traffic will be using aircraft from my collection.
For FSX:
If your File tree is as follows, then unzip the scenery directly to the drive that has FSX installed. File Tree: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator X\Addon Scenery\Unzip ksms_fsx_scen.zip to Drive C: or whatever drive your FSX is on. The files will be placed automatically in the proper folders. Activate the scenery in the usual manner. Otherwise unzip to a temporary folder and manually place the scenery where you normally put your addon scenery.
For the Object Library, follow the instructions stated above in the FS9 section. Use loney's signs 4 upd fsx.zip. Do the same for the AI aircraft.
You're good to go.

ABOUT THE SCENERY:
I just recently returned from a trip to Sumter, South Carolina where my family held it's bi-annual Family Reunion. This was my very first time visiting Sumter and so I ventured out to see what was there. It's a great little community, but what really caught my eye were the airports there. Shaw Air Force Base, of which I didn't get to see much, and Sumter Municipal.
Right then I knew I had to design one of them and so I chose Sumter Muni. I hope you enjoy it.
THANKS TO:
All the Flight Simmers without whom these designs would be pointless.
This scenery is freeware.
