FSX Beech 3NM Expeditor N9540

Beech 3NM Expeditor N9540 brings a classic D18S cargo twin to FSX in former RCAF markings, now flown by Hardin Enterprises. The package includes Milton Shupe’s model and gauges, an authentic virtual cockpit panel with added instruments, new night lighting and prop files, plus corrected aircraft and air files tuned for the Pratt & Whitney R-985.

Flight Simulator X Prepar3D

This is an FSX adoptation of the FS2004 D18S cargo plane by Milton Shupe, presented in the livery of the former RCAF 3NM Expeditor with registration N9540, which is now operated by Hardin Enterprises. FSX adaptation by Vladimir Gonchar.

This package includes:
- original model, basic texture and gauge pack by Milton Shupe.
- new authentic VC panel with necessary additional gauge collection.
- N9540 texture, new night panel illumination and prop files.
- corrected aircraft and air files (based on the default FSX Grumman Goose file - same engine P&W R-985).

IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE, PAY ATTANTION TO THE ENGINE START SEQUENCE (REFER TO THE CHECKLIST).
Due to some programing limitations you should first engage the starter (the starter button is being pressed simultaneously with the ignition boost and primer buttons) and then move full forward a mixture lever.

INSTALLATION: Just put the content of the Microsoft Flight Simulator X folder to the main FSX folder.

FSX / P3D add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per the readme

    Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.

  3. Always read the included readme
