On 18th March 2012, Virtual SAC announced its upcoming third anniversary as a military themed cargo virtual airline, on 10th April.

Virtual SAC recently merged two websites, Virtual Strategic Air Command and Virtual Air Mobility Command, to form its current program. Although the virtual airline’s initial intention was to run these programs as stand-alone, the company ended up bouncing between these two sites. Layout differences between the two sites caused a lot of confusion.

The company decided to go back to its origins as a cargo virtual airline in Air Force skins. At the new, merged website, there are no complicated structures or restrictions.  Users can fly what they want, to destinations they want. Pilots can create their own routes and fly anywhere in the world.

Pilots can enjoy many benefits and opportunities at Virtual SAC. Badges, bonus hours, medals and rank progression are just some of the opportunities available. Pilots can fly light aircrafts such as the L19 through the C-17, the F-14 and16. They can also fly many other Air National Guard aircraft.

Virtual SAC focuses on the fun in flying, ensuring simulation fans can enjoy an exceptional experience.
