FSX Quakertown Airport Scenery

Quakertown Airport (KUKT) in Bucks County, Pennsylvania gets a sharper, more detailed look for FSX with reworked aprons and taxiways, refreshed buildings, and added local clutter including roads, poles, trees, static vehicles, and parked aircraft. Built from stock objects for easy compatibility, it optionally benefits from Ultimate Terrain and FSGenesis landclass.

Quakertown Airport (KUKT), Pennsylvania (PA). An improved version with adjust aprons and taxiways, replaced buildings, added roads, static vehicles and more. By Jim Cook.

Quakertown Airport Scenery.

Quakertown Airport Scenery.

By request, here is an improved version of the stock Quakertown Airport. I adjusted aprons and added new additonal aprons and taxiways. I replaced most default buildings and added many others. I added roads, telephone poles, static vehicles and aircraft and trees. This is a nice little GA airport located in Bucks County, PA.

I use Ultimate Terrain and FSGenesis landclass but they are not required. All objects are stock FSX so no additional object libraries are needed. Updates made using AirNav diagrams and Google Earth to be as accurate as possible. All work done with Flight 1's AFX program and Instant Scenery.

INSTALLATION:

Extract the two files KUKT_AFX_JC.bgl and KUKT_JC.bgl into your Addon Scenery/Scenery folder, re-start FSX and enjoy.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery
  1. Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
  2. Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
  3. Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.
  4. Always read the included readme

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
