This download is a "universal" file that contains FSUIPC installers for:

  • Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS) 2020 release - v7.4.9
  • Prepar3D (v4, v5, v6) - v6.2.0
  • Prepar3D (v4 only) - v5.157
  • FSX, FSX Steam Edtion and P3D 1.4-3.4 - v4.977

Installation

Extract the archive.  There will be four folders titled FSUIPCX with a version number for "X".

  • For Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS) 2020 release - browse into the FSUIPC7 folder and run Install_FSUIPC7.exe
  • For Prepar3D v4, v5, v6 - browse into the FSUIPC6 folder and run Install_FSUIPC6.exe
  • For Prepar3D v4 only - browse into the FSUIPC5 folder and run Install FSUIPC5.exe
  • For FSX (all version) - browse into the FSUIPC4 and run Install FSUIPC4.exe

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per the readme

    Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.

  3. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.

Where can I buy FSUIPC? I suppose it is not free, even with my membership. Can I buy is via this website? What wil be the price? I downloaded the file FSUIPC from this website and installed it. But I can not get the registery key?

    To everyone asking about the registration key, the software actually comes with two sets of functionality.

    The first is free. This is the most basic and allows communication with external applications (ACARS for virtual airlines, Little Navmaps, vPilot, etc)

    The second is the paid version which includes even more functionality (I won't list features here, but there's a lot). This is the version that is used by people with full-scale simulator setups with separate MFD, PFD, radios, etc.

    You can use the free version without registration, and this will be enough for 90% of sim pilots. For those looking to purchase the full version, you can visit Mr. Dowson's website or search for FSUIPC on SimMarket to purchase the full version registration key.

    For all those asking, the registration key for FSUIPC is, once again, NOT FREE and requires a legitimate purchase.
