This specialized repaint introduces the distinctive Polish Air Ambulance livery for the well-known Antonov An-2T by Tim Conrad, exclusively for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004. Developed by Steve Baldwin, this set of textures reproduces the recognizable paint scheme used on real-world Polish emergency air services. Pilots seeking a short-field workhorse will appreciate how the high-lift biplane design seamlessly integrates with rescue and medical evacuation missions, underscoring the aircraft’s rugged capabilities and proven versatility.
Polish Air Ambulance Biplane Adaptation
The Antonov An-2T, often dubbed the “Annushka,” holds a unique reputation as one of the largest single-engine biplanes. Originally designed in the late 1940s, it saw extensive construction under license in Poland. In its Polish Air Ambulance configuration, the strong airframe and generous payload capacity facilitate critical aviation tasks such as patient transport and medical supply runs. The fuselage is optimized for shorter runways and unimproved airstrips, which suits emergent rescue scenarios.

Key Texture Installation Steps
- Extract the texture.pamb folder and place it into your existing An2T directory within the Aircraft folder of your Flight Simulator 2004 installation.
- Open the aircraft.cfg file located in the same An2T folder. Copy the following entry and paste it below the last [fltsim.x] section, ensuring you use the next available
fltsim.XX
index.

Produced largely in Poland, this "obsolete" design proved incredibly adaptable.
