FSX Jervis Bay Scenery

Jervis Bay (military) (YJBY) near Nowra (NAS), Australia. Adds taxiways, aprons, parking and helipads and corrects runway attributes. By Matt Hicks.

AFCAD and scenery enhancement for Jervis Bay (Military) YJBY near Nowra (NAS) Australia. Added Taxiways, aprons, parking spots and Helipads as well as changing the runway attributes to reflect Jervis bay as it really is.

Works well with WOAI C130 AI traffic file Royal_Australian_Air_Force_Transport_Component.woai package, now the Hercs actually land, takeoff and taxi at YJBY. normally between 9:00 and 11:45 AM you will see C130's operating from YJBY if you have the package installed.

As the project to add parking took hold I got a little carried away and added a Fuel truck and vehicle pathways to allow both AI and Human aircraft to call for fuel, all parking spots are conected. Also added some scenery objects to reflect the apron clutter and some trees as seen from google earth.Also Caution Bird Hazard Exits H24";-)

There are no hold short lines in the real world but I added some to make the AI function correctly, also I added some extra taxiway centerlines and parking spot markings to make it eaiser to park in the refueling box. C130's stop on the second Tee.

I have a standard left hand circuit off runway 15 and 26, but due rising terrain i reckon it should be right hand? (no info available, if anyone knows would appreciate feedback).

Installation: Place both .bgl files in your C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Addon Scenery\scenery folder or equivilant and restart FSX.
