Use Shift-E to open the bubble hatches. Use the Tailhook function to lower the wing floats. There is no default key assignment for this, so you may have to assign one in the Options menu.
Installing cat into FSX:
I have reworked the textures and the panel so that this will work in FSX just unzip and copy to fsx\simobj\aircraft. the gauges are stock fsx gauges for the panel and are already in fsx\gauges so you should be good to go there. Enjoy your flight.
