FS2004 AFCAD2 For San Diego Int'l Airport

San Diego International Airport Lindbergh Field (KSAN) gains a carefully laid-out AFCAD with accurate parking, airline-coded gates, and dedicated cargo, corporate, and GA areas based on maps and on-site familiarity for smoother AI operations in FS2004. It also works well alongside Terminal Jetways, MegaScenery USA, Ultimate Traffic, or other AI packages.

Installation:

Copy the AF2_KSAN.bgl into your C:\...\fs9\addon scenery\scenery folder (or whatever folder you are keeping your AFCAD files in), and start FS2004.

In celebration of KSAN's 75th Anniversary I wanted to share my version of my home airport. Is is fairly accurate based on photos, maps and personal visits to the airport. All but just a couple of gates are missing due to space constraints. The gates are assigned to their proper airlines as with the cargo loading area and Jim's Aviation which handles corporate and GA aircraft.

Though it can be used with FS2004's default scenery it was optimized to be used with Jan Martin's Terminal Jetways scenery add-on, MegaScenery USA, and Ultimate Traffic but should work fine with the default AI traffic or MY Traffic.

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place files per readme

FS2004 add-ons go into FS9\Aircraft\, FS9\Addon Scenery\, FS9\Gauges\, or FS9\Effects\.
