FSX Austrian Air Force Sikorsky CH-53

Austrian Air Force Sikorsky CH-53 livery captures the 1970–1981 S-65OE era with authentic markings and a clean, military finish for rotorcraft operations in FSX. Textures only, it blends seamlessly into the aircraft selection menu and requires the original Nemeth Designs CH-53E package.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D add-on
  1. Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
  2. Place files per the readme

Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.
  3. Always read the included readme

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.

Is anyone else having the problem where you are denied access to save the file? I have followed each step, done everything properly, and I cannot for the life of me, make it accept the edit. Same with any other texture addons for this helicopter.
