London Redhill Airport (EGKR) is reimagined as a Gatwick feeder field for FSX, featuring a 6,500‑foot jet runway, parallel taxiways, ILS and updated navaids, plus a separate light-aircraft strip with dedicated parking. A detailed terminal with 26 stands, cargo areas, and well-placed static objects brings the fictional expansion to life.

Scenery London Redhill, UK. Fictional expansion of Redhill (north of LGW) similar to plans floated a few years ago to open a feeder airport for LGW. 6500 foot jet runway with 26 terminal stands as well as light aircraft runway and parking. ILS and navaids added, plenty of static objects to add detail. By John Ball.

Overview of London Redhill Scenery.

Fictional development of Redhill airport as a feeder airport for LGW. I saw some plans years ago with a layout similar to this 6500 foot runway scenery. Dual parallel taxiways, light aircraft runway and 26 remote gates (24 737/A320/MD80 size, 2 A330/767 size) linked to main terminal by underground walkways. Cargo and light a/c parking. High level of detail.

ILS 108.5 both ends, marker beacons etc.
08/26 6495x150. (1980m) 200' overrun each end and 15' shoulders on rwy.
08A/26B 2000x70. (610m) LDA 26B 1500.

INSTALLATION:

Paste all files with EGKR name into your main FSX / Addon scenery / Scenery directory.
Start FSX go to Redhill airport, UK, EGKR.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.

Use these coordinates to fly directly to this location once the mod is installed.
