Editorial

An excellent choice for anyone from Southern California, this intricate and detailed mod helps to spice it up entirely. Created by Michael Mannschreck, this addition helps to cover a large part of the area. It covers LA, San Diego and the Riverside as well as some sections within Arizona and Palm Springs. Lastly, you should notice a good bit of improvement in the Bug Bear region, too.

Given the region holds so many people, too, it’s a massively impressive size of an add-on. This helps to add a lot of extra detail and realism where it was missing previously. With many of the areas that once felt quite barren and empty feeling sharper and sleeker, this is a good add-on for any Southern Cali residents to pick up.

Making SoCal Shine

Just under 1GB in size, this is a very significant file that is going to make sure you see a huge change in detail. The level of sharpness in textures and the overall precision in placement, scale, and sharpness of added features is very impressive indeed. This is going to make it much easier for you to enjoy flying over this state again.

Many people, myself included, felt it was rather dull in the past. That it lacked any of the usual charms that Southern California is known for. This helps to correct that, creating a really enjoyable take on the region that is a massive improvement over the original. Unless you use something else already, this is well worth giving a shot.
