1. Extract To desk top, Move- MIL Area Nevada California -folder out of the unziped/extracted MilAreas Addon Scenery Folder to your FSX-MAIN Directory- Addon Scenery folder. Activate through the simulators Settings-Scenary Library,> Add Area> MIL Area Nevada California , Click ok.

2. Move- effects files -out of out of the unziped/extracted MilAreas Effects Folder to your FSX-MAIN Directory Effects Folder.

3. Move- sound file -out of out of the unziped/extracted MilAreas Sound Folder to your FSX-MAIN Directory Sound Folder.

DO NOT LEAVE DOUBLED FOLDERED! FOLDER STRUCTURE IS TO HELP YOU FIGURE OUT WHERE THE FOLDERS GO, AND FOR AUTO INSTALLERS!

Stock airports updated are: (ICAO-L23 Pahute Mesa Army Test Facility Nevada.) (ICAO-BYS Fort Irwin AAF Armory California.)
(ICAO-0CL8 Tera bone yard California.) (ICAO-TNX Tonopah Missile Test Range(noflyzone) Nevada.)

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.
