A texture fix for use with TXT_MANX.ZIP. By David Fox.

Simply copy the .bmp into the folder where you currently keep my original Manx airlines livery. Note this is just an update, you need the original textures.
The archive manx_upd.zip has 4 files and directories contained within it.
