FS2004 Douglas DC-3 Radio Range Pack

Douglas DC-3 Radio Range Pack refreshes the RR 4.0 aircraft with a curated set of classic airline repaints, adding welcome variety for period radio-range flying while keeping the full aircraft package self-contained with updated configuration. Designed for FS2004, it requires the Radio Range scenery package (RR40.ZIP) to display and operate as intended.

A compilation of paints for the Radio Range version 4.0 DC-3. This was an effort to save a lot of time for anyone that wants to give the DC3 in the Radio Range scenery (RR40.ZIP) a little varity. By Austin Davis.

Once you've gotten the Radio Range all loaded up and working and you want to add a few paints, you can use these by swapping out aircraft files (yours for mine).

File includes complete aircraft. Nothing else needed as long as the rr40.zip is downloaded and installed ahead of time.

Installation:

After you've downloaded and installed the rr40.zip simply back up the DC3_RR4 folder in your FS9 aircraft folder and unzip this to the desktop and place this entire DC3_RR4 folder (it's the complete aircraft including new cfg file) in your FS9 aircraft folder and let it overwrite. Don't forget to back up originals.

Fire up or restart the sim and check to see all the new paints are in order, then go back and delete the back up you made if you won't be needing it. It can of course be retrieved later from the rr40.zip if needed.

It is certainly one of the most beautiful DC-3 models with 1940 and 1945 panels, but I could not succeed with the NH panel. When I select the NH panel option the FS9 shut down. I've made several attempts with different modes of installation, but all of them failed. Aside from this problem as NH panel, the work has a spectacular end result. If anyone can over the correct installation of the NH panel I am very grateful. Congratulations to all of you.
