The online portal of Precision-panels, the designer of different flightsim panels, has undergone a complete revamp. In the home page of this portal, there are links related to "product Gallery", "Downloads" that contain links to the panels that are available for download, "Support" link, where one gets access to the support forum.

There is also the "FAQ" section that forms part of the support section. There is also the "Flight Sim" link that provides links to the different flight simulation software providers such as Avsim, Flight1, Flight Sim and Simmarket. The product gallery page displays all the products that have been designed by precision panels for the different flight simulation software including Microsoft simulator package that are used in different carriers.

Some of the popular panels that are listed in the product gallery include FS9 wide screen pack, FS9 Boeing-737-Next generation Version 3.15 pack and Bombardier CRJ panel Version 1.15. In the downloads section of the precision-panels online portal, one could download panel software packages including FS9 Boeing – 737 –NG Livery pack and FS9 Bombardier CRJ Livery pack. These panel packages are available as free downloads and would allow the user to learn the different steps involved in setting up these panels.

The “support” section can be used by the users to post questions on different issues faced during the panel installation process. This section is available in the form of a forum where in the different topics are listed and the discussions that are happening under a specific topic are mentioned under the particular topic. Users could either participate in the discussion forum on any existing topic or can start a new topic for discussion. The different topics discussed in the form include Configuration updates, Start up procedures, various types of panels, maps and gauges. Users could opt to view the topics based on the rating given by the registered users or based on the number of replies obtained for that particular topic.
