Another cool development in the world of flight simulation is the release of Pre-Flight (v.4). This is a Windows based software and a RC flight simulator. (November 3rd 2009) YS Air Shows are working on upgrading virtual air show technology. For the first time in it's 10 year history, YSFlight is to live stream the Virtual Cleveland National Air Show November 7th and 8th.
The FSWeekend is on its final approach. As every year, IVAO will be represented the 7th and 8th of November in the National Aviation Theme park Aviodrome, Lelystad. Members from all around the globe will travel to the polders of the Netherlands to join and to participate with this event.
Despite Shoreham Airport being battered by a 25kt wind (gusting to 35kt!) the inaugural Flight1 Open Day went ahead on October 3 and was judged a huge success by the visitors and staff alike.
