Northwest Alabama Regional Airport, AL.
The BGL file can be placed in most any 'scenery' folder, usually the folder used is '/Addon Scenery/scenery' but any properly setup scenery folder will work fine. Many users prefer to create a scenery folder especially for AFCAD files, or even for each airport that has 3rd party files for it but this would require knowledge of how this is done and while hardly complex it is covered in tutorial type files, so I am not going to go into it here. As a last resort if your add-on scenery folder is not active and you are unsure how to activate it you can place these files in the FS9 folder 'Scenery/World/scenery' and they will work. One way to tell if the file was found is that FS9 will rebuild the scenery database when it starts, if it does the file was recognized.
If you intend to use the fault finder from AFCAD on these airports you should ignore ISOLATED SEGMENT and NODES POSSIBLY UNCONNECTED errors as these are always intentional and used to enhance the flow of traffic and/or the appearance of the airport. For the most part you can assume I have run the fault finder already and while you are welcome to modify these files in any way you wish correcting 'errors' may have a negative result.
