American Airbus A300-600R.
The outside model is not 100% multiplayer compatible.If you want to fly the aircraft in multiplayer session, replace the exterior mdl file from the model folder by the one from the model/multiplayer folder. Some of the multiplayer models animations are not that exact as the ones from the standart model because i had to abandon the XML "sim on ground" query.
1) unzip tom306r.zip folder to a suitable folder, your desktop for example.
2) Move the tom306 folder as it is into your FSX/Gauges subfolder
3) Move the Tom_A300-600 folder as it is into your FSX/Simobjects/Aircrafts folder
4) Copy all files from the effects folder into your FSX/Effects folder
THERES A STEP BY STEP INSTALATION MANUAL WITH PICTURES IN PDF FORMAT IN THE MANUAL SUBFOLDER. LOOK FOR MFP.PDF
1) Just unzip all .fx files into your FSX/effects folder.

Editorial
Given that the Airbus was one of the first aircraft types that I wanted to try out when I first used a flight simulator in my youth, it’s safe to say that any and every release that comes out for any simulator involving Airbus will definitely catch my attention.
This mod of the A300-600R was something I was really interested in trying in-depth, and after the quick and simple installation process I got the aircraft loaded up and ready to take off, unsure of what to expect other than immediately being able to notice that the attention to detail in the cockpit and on the body of the aircraft itself was incredibly impressive.
This model is based on the American Airlines and the Thai Air classic models, giving you an option to fly around with both. This makes it easy for you to get a livery that you like the look of, with the Thai one being a bit more “traditional” compared to the loud and ambitious design of the American Airlines edition. The model comes with all of the things that you want to see such as bump speccing, night mapping and diffuse on each model. This makes it easy for the model to change the way that it depending on the time of the day, which is really quite an impressive addition and makes the whole realism factor come to play magnificently.
Another nice touch, though, was the addition of the required multiplayer model so that you can get online and test this out with friends and family online. This makes it easy for you to fly around in the aircraft to the little hours with your closest comrades in the air, however there are some mild compatibility issues that can come back to cause you some problem.
To fix that, you need to put the multiplayer model in on place of the original model to make these compatibility issues to vanish – even then, there are some slight problems with animations that could not be fixed. Whilst this does slightly take away from the shine and performance, I’m not about to start even trying to understand the depth of coding that was required to get this to the level that its’ at currently.
The thing that I was really impressed by, though, was the sheer depth of volume in the cockpit. It felt huge! And it also made it really easy to operate the aircraft thanks to the high attention to detail on more or less every aspect of the cockpit. This made finding gauges, buttons and everything that I could possibly need very easy and removed the need to try and guess my way through operating the aircraft.
One thing I will say, though, is that this is not tested with DX10 so if you happen to use this you might have some computability issues. There are various DX10 problems that can occur so your best bet is going to be looking for support online – other than this theory, though, the model is very much worth installing for its interesting style and unique nature.

Yeah I followed all the instructions and I don't have it in the select aircraft, did I do something wrong?
I was trying to find the addons that have VC but none of them have VC. Thanks for this addon!
This is a very nice freeware model. The VC is very nice and better than most. I wish there were more included liveries but you get a couple of very nice planes here. Easy install everything works as it should. Good job!

I would love to say that this aircraft is amazing except it does not have tail camera but apart from that, worth installing!
I moved the gauges over, moved the effects over, but none of the instruments were on. they showed up, but were blank.
I suppose you should read all the instructions, just in case you didn't.
