Many thanks to Rick Piper for creating this beautiful model. See Viking_BWIA.doc for further credits regarding the sources of information used in this work.

You will need to have installed the original files for the Vickers Viking. Then you need to do the following:

  • Copy the texture files texture.BWIA48 and texture.BWIA55 to your Viking folder.
  • Make a backup copy of your aircraft.cfg file in that folder.
  • In your aircraft.cfg file go just after the last entry in the [fltsim.##] list and add the following text, making sure to replace "XX" in the [fltsim.XX] with the next number that would follow after your current last number.
