FSX SP2 Fix For The L-1649A Starliner

Nick Cooper’s alternative propeller texture refreshes the Lockheed L-1649A Starliner v2.1 visuals in FSX SP2, keeping the prop disk crisp and visible even when flying through cloud layers. It requires Manfred Jahn’s L-1649A Starliner v2.1 package and updates the prop effect for cleaner, more realistic in-flight presentation.
