This complete freeware package provides three distinct repaints for the iFDG Boeing 767-200ER in FS2004, featuring both fictional and real-world liveries, along with reflective exterior details and authentic passenger wing perspectives. It integrates a default 777-based cockpit layout for the flight deck. Created in part by Jacob Wood, this set includes a fictional Pacific Northern scheme, a creative Liberty Airlines skin, and a real-world Southwest Airlines variant. Each repaint demonstrates specialized shine effects and dynamic night illumination that enhance realistic operation within the simulator.

Key Technical Enhancements within the iFDG Boeing 767-200ER Collection

The designers at iFDG (International Flightsim Design Group) have carefully engineered this Boeing 767-200ER model. It is known for its:

  • Animated Control Assemblies: Supports moving flaps, flaperons (combined flaps and ailerons), and other flight surfaces.
  • Reflective Texturing: Features high-fidelity exterior surfaces that exhibit dynamic gloss and realistic environmental reflections.
  • Cabin Wing Views: Provides passenger window perspectives over the wings, offering an immersive vantage point in flight.
  • Night Lighting: Includes selective illumination effects for better navigation in low-light conditions.

Highlights of the Boeing 767 Family

The Boeing 767 series is designed to address seating needs from approximately 200 to 300 passengers, making it versatile for various airline fleets. Comprising the 767-200ER, 767-300ER, and 767-400ER in passenger roles—plus a specialized freighter derivative—the 767 lineup has gained recognition among carriers for both performance and overall flight comfort. Positioned between the single-aisle 757 and the spacious 777 in Boeing’s range, the 767 has proven profitable for countless operators worldwide.

Meanwhile, the freighter edition leverages the same aerodynamic innovations, cutting-edge materials, and all-digital flight deck that define the extended-range passenger variants. This synergy results in significant fuel efficiencies, practical carrying capacity, and quieter takeoff and landing performance.

Included Images and Textures

For sim pilots who enjoy diversity, the three included liveries—Pacific Northern, Liberty Airlines, and Southwest Airlines—deliver a range of realistic and fictional paint schemes. They are supported by expertly crafted master textures originally produced by Ben Jones and Ben Hewitt. The reflective surfaces are optimized to catch ambient light realistically, ensuring a presentable aesthetic during day or night flights.
