Embraer C-390 Beta 001 brings a modern heavy airlifter concept to X-Plane 10 with a functional virtual cockpit based on an E-Jets panel, PW V2500-style turbofans, and borrowed A320 soundset. Designed for cargo, paratroop, and tanker-style missions, it targets 3,000 nm range, Mach 0.80, and 37,000 ft operations.

This is my individual project that I'm bringing to the SSG development team.

This plane at moment we can say is an fictional project because although it exists as a Embraer project and the Brazilian force has bought 20 units it will be delivered the first only in 2014.

This plane will incorporate a BAE complete system and can carry 50.000lbs cargo or 80 parachutes or 2 medium tanks and will be able to air refuel support.

This project is just starting and i would like to share with the community as well.

The panel is from my E-jets project and the sounds comes from the Paul Granville's A320! That's is a very nice plane.

Yes the engines are PW v2500 series that the Embraer are telling the IAE will provide it for to this plane.

Any comments and advices are welcome, but don't forget this plane doesn't exist and it behavior is what i fill about this very modern Military and Civilian cargo.

Speeds and flight operations:

  • AT MTOW this plane can take off at 145kias.
  • It's range is about 3000mn.
  • It's landing speed is at full PAYLOAD plus 1 hour fuel around 95.000lb is 120kias.
  • No enhanced paint for this time.
  • Max speed .80m/300ias.
  • Service alt 37000ft.

This project was tested on XP9 but I believe works fine on XP10.
