You must have the SMS Overland MD-11, v-2.0 with VC.
Either replace an existing texture file or create a new "Texture.UAL" file. The textures included are only external textures. Reply "Yes" to "overwrite?" prompt. Remember to change the MD-11's "Aircraft.cfg" file to point the program to "Texture=UAL" texture file.
