Unzip the file, or copy it to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Addon Scenery\scenery.
I Arranged some scenery to make the airport look better, there is some artistic license to, I am not sure if it is correct but it looks good according to the lay out of the field.
