The TCE utility does not allow to modify the "ui_type" line in the Aircraft.cfg. For better realism, after installation of the variant, open the Aircraft.cfg file, search this aircraft's [fltsim.xx] section and replace the line -
ui_type=Boeing 707-320B
with the following -
ui_type=Boeing 707-328
