Advertised as the exciting 'Jet Power' Electra, Braniff International Airways introduced it's first Lockheed L188 Electra to the public in 1959. Although she resembled a regular airliner, pilots soon got to love the incredible power of her four General Electric/Allison jet-turbines.

Installation:

  • Cut and paste the file 'texture.braniff' into your Lockheed Electra aircraft folder.
  • Open your Lockheed Electra aircraft.cfg file using 'Notepad' and add the following text: -

[fltsim.XX]
title=Lockheed L188 Braniff International
sim=L188
model=
panel=
sound=
texture=braniff
kb_checklists=
kb_reference=
atc_id=1003
atc_airline=Braniff
atc_flight_number=201
atc_parking_types=GATE,RAMP
ui_manufacturer=Lockheed
ui_type=L188
ui_variation=Braniff International Airways
description=
atc_heavy=0

  • Replace XX with the next number after the previous 'fltsim' details.
  • Go fly and ENJOY!
