Editorial

For people like myself, the idea of flying to an airport in a flight simulator should be to enjoy its realism. With so many iconic airports on the planet, the least that we can expect when we sign in is to see them as close to reality as possible, right?

What’s New?

Well, with this mod, you can see a major improvement. This upgrade enhances the FS2004 airports massively and for me it’s now a must-have. It adds a huge amount of improvements to the airport and ensures that you can finally witness a major change to the detail level in airports. From the likes of airport runways and taxiways, you’ll quickly start to see airports which previously looked derelict and empty come to life in a whole new way.

As a fan of realism and authenticity, it adds another layer of much-needed improvement and change to the way that your flights are going to feel. Airports feel like the massive hubs that they truly are when you turn up with this mod now, instead of feeling as if you are landing in the middle of a tiny village with limited activities going on; this makes a massive difference.

Major Improvements

Indeed, seasonal runway effects are now included to make sure the place looks at its very best. Add in the reflective windows and you are left with a fair representation of the real airport styles – while it only affects the old generic airports, it makes such a big difference to those without hundreds of mods included.

Unless you run with numerous texture and scenery packages that do most of the modern world a new look and feel, this is a simple and easy to install mod that will make a major difference to the way that your flights not only look but also the way that they feel.

The perfect solution for anyone who wants to finally enjoy flight simulation at generic airports in a detailed and engaging manner for once.
