Antonnov An12 repaint of Myanmar Air Force. Myanmar Air Force has four Shaanxi Y-8D2s which is a Chinese version of the An12 and they are used in both domestic and international transport missions by Air Force. By Phyo Pyae Sone.

Installation:

Simply extract the folder,Texture.MMA to your An12BK aircraft folder inside your fsx Airplanes folder. Copy all contents from aircraft.cfg and paste in your An12BK main aircraft.cfg. Change the number x in fltsim in accordance with your number in main aircraft.cfg.

If you don't have An12 model, you can easily download them from here. It's a nice freeware aircraft.
