I should point out that this repaint is not totally accurate. The default DC3 does not have both right and left wing bmps nor does it have both right and left side rudder bmps therefore it is not possible to add serial numbers or airline logo on the wings or rudder. The livery is accurate in other respects. I hope you enjoy my repaint.

description=Northwest Airlines began way back in 1926 under the name Northwest Airways, amidst the classic US airlines that formed the airline industry in the US. US mail services were flown with a Stinson aircraft. By 1933 the airline was flying scheduled passenger services using Lockheed Electra 10A and DC-3s. With the takeover of Northern Air Transport in 1934 the airline renamed itself as Northwest Airlines and DC4s were shortly introduced for long-haul polar flights to Asia which began by 1947. By this time the airline had taken it's mainstay name Northwest Orient, a name which was to stay until 1988. In this after-war Northwest Orient's fleet consisted of Stratocruisers, Constellations, Electra L-188 and DC-7 and Martin 2-0-2 aircraft. Followed by the introduction of a fleet of Jet liners
