Unzip 'FSX MPH PH-MCB 'Red Cross' MARTINAIR' into your Microsoft Flight Simulator X/SimObjects/Airplanes/CLS_A310_200_GE_cargo location. Add additional files from any texture (just do not overwrite any of the files provided in the zip file). Then insert following text to your aircraft.cfg:
