Unzip 'FSX MPH PH-MCA 'Red Cross' MARTINAIR' into your Microsoft Flight Simulator X/SimObjects/Airplanes/CLS_A310_200_GE location. Add additional files from any texture (just do not overwrite any of the files provided in the zip file). Then insert following text to your aircraft.cfg:
