This fictional repaint package offers a customized Martinair-themed look for the PMDG 777-200LR payware model. The textures, crafted by Corina Meyer, will bring a fresh Dutch-inspired flair to your Microsoft Flight Simulator X long-haul fleet. Flight enthusiasts who appreciate realistic liveries tailored to iconic carriers will enjoy exploring this distinctive interpretation of Martinair’s classic branding. Please note that the payware base model is required separately.

Fictional Repaint of the 777 in Martinair Colors

Martinair, originally founded as a passenger and cargo operator in the Netherlands, has a storied background operating wide-body aircraft. This repaint reimagines the Boeing 777-200LR (sometimes referred to as the “Triple Seven”) in the airline’s familiar style, although the actual operator never flew this variant. The repaint faithfully replicates design cues reminiscent of Martinair’s past fleet, blending them with the modern geometry of the long-range 777 layout.

Key Elements of the Custom Livery

  • Distinctive Branding: Emphasizes the red tail motif and white fuselage lettering, mimicking Martinair’s recognizable scheme.
  • Texture Accuracy: Employs carefully layered graphics for vivid color fidelity without compromising visual performance.
  • Fictional Adaptation: Retains Boeing’s 777-200LR dimensions and airframe details while adapting Martinair’s identity for increased authenticity.

Optimal Setup for the PMDG 777-200LR

To ensure the most accurate in-sim experience, the repaint is configured for the renowned PMDG 777-200LR add-on. That product’s systems, panels, and flight dynamics are payware, meaning you need to acquire and install the official PMDG package before adding these textures. Once you have the base files ready, you can seamlessly integrate this livery for immediate use within Microsoft Flight Simulator X.

Efficient Livery Installation Instructions
