Connaught Airport (EIKN) in Ireland gets a refreshed layout with new taxiways, a larger apron, and expanded parking so AI and user traffic can operate more naturally. Designed for FS2004, the updated AFCAD adds five small gates, six medium GA stands, seven small GA spots, plus two helicopter pads.

Connaught Airport, Ireland. Adds taxiways and gates and increases the apron size. By Rene Bruun.

Overview of Connaught Airport, Ireland.

Overview of Connaught Airport, Ireland.

From what was a dead airport in Flight Sim, this only had 2 small GA gates. I have amended the airport now and added taxi-ways and increased the apron size to allow for more aircraft. I was surprised to see when I added small gates that Ryanair and My Travel aircraft appeared. So this airport does have commercial flights as well as private. Enjoy the new look!
