This is my first attempt at creating an airport from scratch.
Paulding County Regional was opened in November of 2008, and features a 5000' x 100' concrete runway, ILS/DME and two large ramp areas.
From my personal flights to this airport, my attempt here seems to be about 95% correct. Building placement here is just a guess, as no buildings, save a small trailer, exist at the airport at this moment.A new FBO is scheduled to open sometime in the first half of 2009.
Frequencies:
CTAF/UNICOM: 123.075
AWOS: 126.225
ILS/DME 31: 109.15
Included is a prototype approach plate for the ILS that I found on the FAA website. You will notice that the frequency field is blank, I discovered the LOC frequency off of the FCC website. There is no approach code built into the airport at the moment, so AI aircraft will not use it, nor can you ask for it from the built in ATC. The missed approach hold for this approach is the DALAS intersection, which is already present in FSX.
This was tested using Ultimate Terrain X and Ground Environment X. Terrain BGL was built with SBUilderX. Airport BGL was created using ADE 1.37.
To install:
Copy the files to the \Addon Scenery\scenery folder. That's it!
Thanks!
Bart

I live about 12 miles from this airport, Very nice representation of the buildings and associated runways, I particularly liked the approach lights on runway 13, for a first attempt this was extraordinary, wish I was this skilled.
