The AF2 file goes into your FSX addon scenery/scenery folder.
The scenery bgl 61B goes into your FSX addon scenery/scenery folder.
The scenery object libraries have their own instructions included. IF you are not going to design sceneries you may just place the downloaded libraries's bgls into the FSX/addon scenery/scenery folder. Place the textures from the downloaded libraries into your FSX/addon scenery/texture folder OR your FSX/texture folder. TEXTURES for FSX must go into the FSX main texture folder or the addon scenery/texture folder.
