FSX Frankfurt Airport (EDDF)

Frankfurt, Germany. With new Terminal A Plus, ILSZ and ILSY for runway 07L-25R, runways, taxiways and taxiway signs are up to date (January 2013). The gates have gate signs to show the number of the gate and gates and parking positions have ground painted taxiway signs for better orientation. Update for v3 removes AI traffic from taxiway P. This is complete scenery, previous version not needed. By Stefan Liebe.

Installation:

• Unzip the contents of the zip file to a temporary folder.
• Copy and paste the folder EDDF_V3A and its sub folders to FSX/Addon Scenery.
• Open the scenery library and add the folder EDDF_V3A and set it active.
• Uncheck all other scenery folders with EDDF scenery.

AI-Traffic:

I have made this scenery for my own purpose and that is flying online with IVAO or VATSIM. So I don't need AI traffic. That is why I have not taken care of these functions and I cannot say if and how it is working in that scenery.

Changes to previous version:

The file scenery/ EDDF_ADEX_SL_CVX.bgl is changed to remove freeway traffic from taxiway P.

Known Issues:

One user reported that he has are large areas of white where the aircraft wheels disappear instead of the round shine of the apron lights. I was not able to analyze why he has this problem but I presume that this is because this user has DX9 on his system. If you have this problem please remove from folder scenery the file 'Frankfurt EDDF Lights.bgl'. This removes the apron lights an solves the problem.
