Install the b707_7_LM file into the main Captain Sim 707-300 file. Not in the 707-300(c) file below it. IT DOES NOT GO IN THE MAIN TEXTURE FILE EITHER! It goes into the "NIGHT" sub-folder in the Texture Folder!
