Default Airbus A321 night lighting enhances FSX with realistic illumination, including subtle light reflections across the fuselage and engines for a more convincing after-dark look. The effects work with any Gmax model and integrate cleanly via aircraft.cfg lighting entries; requires RNLE2.ZIP effects by Kaveh Payandeh.

Repaint — for the sim’s default aircraft, nothing else needed

Default Airbus A321 Night Lighting. Realistic night lighting effects. Works on any Gmax model and adds light reflections on the fuselage and engines. Requires RNLE2.ZIP by Kaveh Payandeh for the effects. By Dale Wingard.

Default Airbus A321 Night Lighting.

Follow the instructions for installation, then just add the following
lines to the [LIGHTS] section of the aircraft.cfg
Enter correspoding numbers in place of "x"

light.x = 5, 5.6, 9.0, -8.1, rnle2 , light.x = 5, 5.6, -9.0, -8.1, rnle2 , light.x = 5, 58.4, 0.0, -5.6, rnle2 ,

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D Repaint

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Add livery to base aircraft folder

Place the texture folder (typically texture.{airline}) inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\{base-aircraft}\.
Update aircraft.cfg

Open the base aircraft.cfg in Notepad. Add a new [fltsim.X] section per the readme.

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
