VFR AwardsVFR Reviews is immensely pleased to announce our new system of awards for Flight Simulator aircraft and sceneries. This is a very brief overview of our description, and we hope our readers will view the full system on our web site.

In a nutshell, our guidelines are split over four awards- Blue being the highest and progressing downwards through Gold, Silver, and Bronze. The Blue Awards are considered the absolute peak of Flight Simulation. The Gold Award symbolizes an equally impressive product, but may have some small errors. Silver is still very prestigious, and Bronze is recommended to be above average. We consider these awards to be quite an honour, especially Blue and Gold, and we hope that, in time, the VFR Reviews awards will be recognized as a very special distinction.

Our system checks each product against a set of four major points for aircraft and scenery add-ons. Additionally, we have a set of rubrics with which we score products. In short, we'll use these checks as a guideline, but the final decision rests with us. We're not robots, nor are we being paid by companies, so we'll use common sense and logic to award products.

Best regards from VFR Reviews!
